Week 8's videos and readings were really good. I liked the Five Whys's although I don't figure out what 5 and "Why" had to do with it. I think the concept he taught that if a problem comes up to do a portion of the solution. I believe he is teaching to not jump in head first when a problems arises. Take a step to create a solution then if it comes up again, do a little more. If it's truly a problem that needs to be addressed then the solution will be processed soon without a huge disruption.
I always cry during the video of Elder Holland. I can always feel his plea to "Don't you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. Some blessings come soon. Some come late. And some don't come till heaven but for those who embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ they come. It will be alright in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come." I can use that in many areas of my life. Here's the link to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nczw6xHJ0I
I really don't like the book we are reading right now. There are some good questions that it poses though. It's challenges at the end of each chapter are intriguing. I suppose it can still be a good book throughout the other chapters. I guess I'll see.
